Or by FTP you can open directory "_themes/main/TEMPLATE/"

Hi Mark,

Probably now you are using other template that has non-standard path to logo or had set incorrect CHMOD on images directory.

Hello, you need to set chmod 0777 via FTP manager at these files and directories and restart installation.

But probably better ask free installation in Abk-Support.
