I can no more change the logo, why? I could do it 3 or 4 times, but now no more

Hi Mark,

Probably now you are using other template that has non-standard path to logo or had set incorrect CHMOD on images directory.

Also, you might want to check the log size, I think it's way pass the file size limit.
